Born in 1979, Andrea Ghizzoni is currently leading the efforts of Tencent in Europe, with main focus on business solutions including WeChat, Social Ads and WeChat Pay.
Andrea joined Tencent in 2014 as Italy Country Director, before he has developed a significant experience in the Management Consulting industry: first in Cegos Group in 2003, then in Value Partners Group in 2007 and finally in McKinsey & Company. from 2009 to 2013.
Before leaving the Firm, Andrea was a senior Engagement Manager, focusing both research and consulting activities in the Telecom, Media and Technology cluster, with a spike in the digital marketing domain.
Graduated at Bocconi University (Milan) in 2002, he obtained an International MBA at the Instituto de Empresa (Madrid) in 2006.
Andrea is married and has two children.
